How do your professional services benefit our business?

I am available to assist you in managing Ministry of Labour mandated work orders, respond to claims filed against you through the ESA, WSIB claims management or to review your existing policies as they relate to Occupational Health & Safety or Human Resource Management. By ensuring you have an experienced and dependable resource at your finger tips, you can better manage risk as well as mitigate the cost of claims.

Are you a Labour Lawyer?

No, I am not a labour lawyer. I am an Employer Advisor. Often your problems can be resolved long before a labour lawyer is required. I do however work closely with a labour law firm in Ontario with a team of experienced lawyers who are ready to assist whenever we feel there is a need for that service. By working with them through my service, we have the benefit of controlling costs by only utilizing their expertise when specifically applicable.

Is what we share with you confidential?

Absolutely. I have a strict non-disclosure policy and all of my clients are presented with a written and signed confidentiality agreement at the time I am engaged by them.

Do you specialize?

Yes I do. I have spent many years helping employers in the development and implementing of health and safety policies as well as accident investigations and WSIB claims management. In more recent years, I have developed strategic programs to assist in Employment Standards, Terminations, Onboarding and many additional employee relations matters.
